Although not frequently, endometrial stromal sarcoma can be polypoid and projected into the uterine cavity. So far I have only seen one case which is predominantly exophytic growth. But the surface of ESS is usually relatively homogenous looking with mainly grey color with firm feeling. This one has somewhat variegated appearance with areas of fish-meat like, yellowish and somewhat fragile. Therefore, if this is ESS, it will be a very unusual one.

重新学习一便图片：看图说话图片最明显的特点就是腺癌成分有，而且大部分貌似子宫内膜腺体，可见鳞化。那么有子宫内膜样腺癌的成分应该是明确的。光图6可以有多种理解透明细胞癌，浆乳，内膜样癌都可出现这种形态，那么可以理解为图6存在多种可能。那么有无肉瘤的存在是诊断的关键。图1，2，4貌似有肉瘤成分，如何理解间质中散在的一些异型细胞或（细胞团）仔细看倾向于癌的腺体散开间质的浸润，（全子提醒后仔细的去看了看）也就是说间质未见明确的肉瘤成分。就所给的图片诊断考虑：子宫内膜样腺癌
