I agree that the relatively young patient age is not very usual, but the photos clearly show a clear cell carcinoma of ovary. Can mitosis be found easily? Is there necrosis? Is the other ovary affected? If any answer to all these questions was positive, the diagnosis is confirmed. p53 immunostain can help as well.

我同意尽管病人相对年轻的年龄不是十分常见，但是照片已经明确地展示了一例卵巢的透明细胞癌。核分裂像是否易见？有无坏死？对侧卵巢是否受累？如果上述问题均为“是”，则可以确诊。p53染色也有帮助。
