Nuclei donot like MM.
Please do immunstain to confirm you dx since pathient may need amputation, you don't want to be suit at court. If you don't do immunostain in your lab, please have the case sent for consultation with immunostain since this is high-risk case.
| 以下是引用mingfuyu在2008-8-5 8:00:00的发言： Spindle cell malignancy. I wish i could see more epidermis and dermal-epidermal junction. Last 2 photos appear to have in-situ melanoma but not sure. If you don't have immunostain, to establish melanoma in situ is critical in coming to the right diagnosis. If you can tell for sure those pigments are melanin, that would be diagnostic too. Unfortunately i favor melanin but cannot be sure from the photos. |
