Sorry i feel different from above experts. I feel i cannot exclude complete mole. There is mild trophoblastic proliferation in some villi and some pictures show cistern-like spaces. Although not sure, it seems that there are no blood vessels in the stroma and i don't see nucleated red blood cells (fetal tissue). Nowaday with HCG monitoring and ultrasound, complete moles can present in very early stage before classic features develop. p57 is a very powerful tool to diagnose complete moles. If we are suspecting partial moles, we do chromosomal analysis.
I admit we don't see molar pregnancy here as much as in China. Maybe i am overworried.
