I agree with Chengbei. I cannot render malignancy on these photos. It looks like a cervical polyp to me. However, I would have detailed history, such as diethylstilbestrol (DES) exposure, to rule out DES-related adenocarcinoma which can be blind sometimes and morphologically challenging. Pure morphology without clinical correlation can be misleading in some of the cases.
