8块甲状腺包块组织，有两块包膜局部看见下面的改变，能诊断甲状腺滤泡状癌吗？请老师们指点。

 Not intravascular invasion, cells pushed the vessel but not into the vascular lumen.

Cells pushed into the capsule but not through the capsule yet.  Also, follicular carcinoma usually has very thick and dense capsule.  The photos presented here appear to be edematous and compressed fibrous tissue.

Not sure from the photos.

这例包膜还是比较厚，肿瘤细胞也是垂直浸入包膜，但是似乎没有穿透。图中显示的肿瘤组织进入包膜后，那些裂隙里可以看见红细胞，应该是血管，只是血管壁不厚，对这样的血管，能不能算是血管的侵犯？

下面用相机直接对目境拍的，似乎清楚点。（分别是40倍，100倍，200倍的）

 图片显示滤泡上皮细胞团从外面挤压血管，并没有进到血管里面。应该不算血管浸润吧。包膜浸润也没见到。

书上说：甲状腺滤泡癌有说服力的血管浸润是癌细胞穿透血管壁伴血管腔被肿瘤堵塞，瘤栓附于血管壁上。
