Intradermal nevus

腺癌

1）转移性直肠低分化腺癌？
因此例不是一般结直肠癌典型的组织学形态-伴有明显坏死细胞碎片的腺管和筛孔状结构，需要复习原直肠癌切片。
   肝样腺癌？
   大细胞神经内分泌癌？
   粘液腺癌？
2）脊索瘤？
3）多发性骨髓瘤（MM）？
4）皮肤附件癌？
5）其他？
倾向诊断：转移性低分化腺癌。

MM，鉴别转移癌

Thanks for the discussion, particularly Dr. Jin's comment.
This is a interesting case, because the initial frozen diagnosis was "suspicious for carcinoma".
It turned out to be "benign nevus", proven by immunohistochemical stains (negative CK, postive S100).
I hope we all can learn a lesson...I know a few photomicrographs are difficult to interpret.
