Frozen section diagnosis and possible differential diagnoses?

• This is a interesting case, because the initial frozen diagnosis was "suspicious for carcinoma".
• It turned out to be "benign nevus", proven by immunohistochemical stains (negative CK, postive S100).
• I hope we all can learn a lesson...I know a few photomicrographs are difficult to interpret.
