- This is a interesting case, because the initial frozen diagnosis was "suspicious for carcinoma".
- It turned out to be "benign nevus", proven by immunohistochemical stains (negative CK, postive S100).
- I hope we all can learn a lesson...I know a few photomicrographs are difficult to interpret.
