Last week I had a cervical bx case. I found the patient's recent Pap smear. I feel it is interesting case. Just take some photos and share with you here.
67 y women, Pap was negative in 2006, endometrial bx with endometrial polyp in 2007.The followings are the Pap last month. (上周有了这个病例的活检，并复习了这个病人最近的巴氏涂片。感觉这个病例很有意思，在这里贴些图片跟大家分享。病史：67岁女性，2006年涂片阴性，2007年子宫内膜活检为内膜息肉。这是上个月的巴氏随访涂片。)

Rare persons gave the answer. You may think it is bad if you make the wrong choice becasue the patient had biopsy already. In fact your right or wrong answer is not important for others. Ha, ha. The patient can have benign, reactive, atrophic, atrophic, LUS, maligant, glandular, or squamous lesions. I will give you no more clue. (很少人给与回复。由于病人已经做了活检，如果回答错误你会不好意思。实际上，你回答对和错与其它人无关，哈哈。这个病人可能良性：反应性、萎缩和子宫内膜下段；恶性：腺或鳞的病变。我没有更多的线索提示)（掌心0164翻译）

This is not a difficult case. Interesting to know your interpretation from two different ways（这不是一个疑难病案。对你们用两种不同的方式解释感兴趣。）
1. if this is your case in practice, your dx?（如果这是你的实际病例，你的诊断？）
2. If this is only a test question, your dx?（如果仅是一个问题测试，你的诊断？）
I will paste the cervical bx here two weeks later.（两个星期后，我会公布宫颈活检结果）
