Malignant tumor. Melanoma (the pigments are more for hemosiderin pigments-goldern and chunky; melanin pigments are usually more fine and dark. But it is never too sure on pictures, sometimes not even on microscope), sarcoma, even poorly differentiated carcinoma. Any history? Immunostain is the key in such a case.
