Irregular shaped tubules (seem no myoepithelial surrounding) within dense stroma: Invasive tubular carcinoma.
I always do myoepithelial marker stain in clinic if I am not 100% sure.
Cut-off to dx of pure tubular ca: 75% vs. 90% of tubular structure. In fact we use 100% strict rule now. Otherwise we call inv ductal ca with tubular feature, then give about xx% tubular structure in comment.
（悠远译）：不规则的尖锐小管（看上去没有肌上皮围绕）伴有致密的间质：浸润性小管癌。
在临床上如果不是100％确定我一定会做肌上皮标记。
定义单纯性小管癌，标准为小管结构达75％或90％。事实上我们现在使用达100％小管结构的严格标准，否则我们诊断为浸润性导管癌伴有小管特征，然后注明小管结构所占的比例。
