我曾遇到一例，甲状腺肿物，直径5cm，术中印片，明显核内包涵体，偶有核沟，无毛玻璃样核，良恶性不敢确定，做了冰冻，诊断良性，石蜡切片是良性，分析原因，以为是没固定好，现在才明白，甲状腺良性病变也有此特征。太重要了！
