Agree with Dr. Yu.  I cannot appreciate tumor necrosis and cytologic atypia. It likes a benign leiomyoma.

You need to count mitosis carefully. Pyknotic nuclei are a not infrequent finding in leiomyoma. If mitotic rate (true mitosis) is 5 or more/10 hpf, you can call mitotically active leiomyoma. It is benign. If mitotic rate is 15 or more/10 hpf, smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP) can be diagnosed.

同意喻老师意见。我也并不认为此例存在肿瘤坏死和细胞的非典型性。还是像一个良性的平滑肌瘤。但是要仔细的数一下核分裂数。在平滑肌瘤中核固缩并不少见。如果核分裂（注意要确定的核分裂）每10个高倍视野5个或更多，可以诊断为核分裂活跃的平滑肌瘤。还是良性的。如果每10个高倍视野中核分裂15个或更多，那么就可以诊断为恶性潜能未定的平滑肌瘤（ smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential ，STUMP)
