Multinucelated giant tumor cells also present, osteosarcomatous cells? Putting all these impressions together in a 51 year old female breast, i think metaplastic carcinoma is a good choice, unless you tell me she has previously diagnosed sarcoma or other malignancy somewhere else.. |
