Lymphovascular invasion is easier to judge and more reliable. You don't need 浸润for papillary carcinoma.
You don't have much high power field to evaluate nuclear features for papillary carcinoma. But the last photo seems to show possible nuclear clearing and grooves. So, another consideration for this case is follicular variant of papillary carcinoma.
