Agree with the above differential diagnosis! A very unusual morphology in a young woman. May need a few immunomarkers to determine the nature of atypical cells. Are there any in situ carcinoma or history? Many of the cells appear degenerating and did not see a convincing mitosis in the picture. Although also worry about a malignant neoplasm, but would consider reactive/benign entities as well. Look forward to hearing the answer. Thanks.
