Lipoblasts have atypical dark nuclei with indentations made by lipid vacuoles, which are not apparent on the pictures shown. Also, the size and complete capsule don't support liposarc. Looks like a daily boring lipoma, maybe angiolipoma because 2 low power photos show probable thrombi (not shown on high power view). Liposarc also usually has more vascularity. Are we tricked?
