It has a neuroendocrine appearance with trabacular pattern, although the clear cytoplasm is not typical for neuroencrine tumor. Paraganglioma? Should mark with neuroendocrine markers. Another remote disease comes into my mind is chordoma but the location is not typical of it (should be in cranial bone, spine or sacrum). Very interesting case. Waiting for the answer.
