I just call:
malignant germ cell tumor.
No need to guess york sac tumor or embrynocarcinoma, although it seems like a mixed one.
it definitely need paraffine and IHC to subclassify the tumor components, bcz persentage of different components will make big difference on patient's prognosis and give oncologist a direction on further chemotherapy.
