Look like a case of reactive follicular hyperplasia of lymph node. I do not think there is carcinoma or lymphoma. The cells with dense eosinophilic cytoplasm (found mostly within reactive germinal centers) are probably degenerated cells and not malignant cells or virally infected cells.
