This case was present here for 7 months. I cannot sign out this case without IHC stains if it were my caes.
E-cadherin and p120 for cell types: lobular vs. ductal
P63 and smooth mucle heavy chain or SMA to see if it is invasive tumor or just sclerosing adenosis.
If you consider myoepithelial lesion: myoepithelial markers as above plus CK7 (myoepithelial cell negativre; ductal cell positive).
