I think this case is a B9, thyroditis with focal reactive changes.
Some pictures show papilla which is not true papilla (with no fibrovascular core). In addition, in those pictures, the nuclei in papilla show no triple signs of nuclear features for PTC. Ip is not necessary in this case, but one picture shows lymphoid follicle, which support the dx of 桥本氏病.
