外院会诊结果还是符合中肾管增生，伴局灶非典型性，建议随访！

 Agree above. If they are mesonephric ones, mesonephric carcinoma should not be considered.  Low power fields show  lobular architectures. No irregular shaped glands, no mitoses , no cytological atypia are noted.  It is difficult to tell atypia or not. Favor a diagnosis of mesonephric hyperplasia with mild/focal atypia.  clinical follow-up is suggested.
