Stains for p16 and ki67 for this case. Now you will remember if cervical 乳头状鳞癌 is hpv related or not and proliferative index is high or low.

this case is 乳头状鳞癌. Most cases of 乳头状鳞癌 will have invasion in large specimen. In the bx specimen if you do not see the invasion, you still can make dx of 乳头状鳞癌 and mention that no obvious invasion in the bx specimen.
