节细胞样副神经节瘤      没见过  学习了

 神经内分泌肿瘤（G1： 类癌；G2：胃泌素瘤等；G3：内分泌癌）

嗜铬细胞瘤：可以看到血窦样结构；本例应该考虑副神经节瘤。

Very good and rare case. There were 3 components. The first, ganglion-like cells(fig 27). The second, epithelioid/neuroendocrine cells like carcinoid. The third, spindle cells like Schwann cells in the background. This is a characteristic case, but  ganglion-like cells was not distinct.

 此例部位典型，基本90%病例都位于小肠，尤其是十二指肠壶腹部周围。绝大多数为良性，个别可有淋巴结转移，目前有两例出现远处转移，分别是肝和骨。

肿瘤性栓子很多

 此例奇怪的的CKpan-，有必要做一下CAM5.2。

结全部位及组织形态，只有一个诊断：副节瘤。可以考虑下鉴别诊断的是神经内分泌瘤。
