患者，女，56岁，脾肿大3个月 .

大体：送检脾脏切除标本一具，体积：24.0x18.0x8.0cm，表面灰红色，切面紫红色，质脆。

中幼粒细胞：1%
       中性分叶核细胞：83%
       中性杆状核细胞：3%
       嗜碱性粒细胞：2%
      单核细胞：6%
      淋巴细胞：5%

The spleen shows dilated sinuses with scattered megakarocytes, likely extramedullary hematopoieis. Need more clinical information for a definitive diagnosis. How about CBC, periperal blood smear and bone marrow? Need to rule out myeloproliferative neoplasm or other causes of EMH.脾脏扩张的窦里散在巨核细胞，髓外造血可能，但确定的诊断需要更多的临床信息，如外周血涂片和骨髓情况，另外需要除外髓系肿瘤性增殖性疾病或其他原因所致的髓外造血。
