The spleen shows dilated sinuses with scattered megakarocytes, likely extramedullary hematopoieis. Need more clinical information for a definitive diagnosis. How about CBC, periperal blood smear and bone marrow? Need to rule out myeloproliferative neoplasm or other causes of EMH.
