请问何为脂母细胞，脂母细胞形态何样？
In its earliest stages, after 10–14 weeks' gestation, it consists of aggregates of mesenchymal cells that are condensed around proliferating primitive blood vessels.Following this stage, the stellate-shaped preadipocytes are organized into lobules that contain a rich network of proliferating capillaries. At later stages (14–24 weeks' gestation), small oil red O-positive and sudanophilic lipid droplets appear in these cells, gradually converting them to rounded or spherical, multivacuolated lipoblasts. Intracellular glycogen is usually present at this stage of development. The multiple lipid droplets then fuse to form a single vacuole and displace the nucleus marginally, forming the mature fat cell, or lipocyte.

Classic pleomorphic lipoma may be difficult to distinguish from the sclerosing type of atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma. This distinction can usually be accomplished on the basis of the typical setting of pleomorphic lipoma on the shoulder or head and neck region, its location in subcutaneous tissue, and its circumscription. Although multinucleated floret-like giant cells are characteristic of pleomorphic lipoma, they are not pathognomonic, as such cells are occasionally also seen in atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma (as well as a variety of other nonlipogenic neoplasms) . The ropey collagen bundles characteristic of pleomorphic lipoma are an extremely useful distinguishing feature, since this collagen pattern is not seen in atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma. Finally, as previously mentioned, detection of the characteristic cytogenetic aberrations present in each of these lipomatous neoplasms can be extremely helpful in difficult cases.

看你们2个辩论还引证文献，真是太精彩了，想不到楼主在2个网站都发了贴，在CPN我首选的是非典型脂肪瘤。
因为：
1.除了花环样巨细胞还可见核深染的巨大异性细胞，是不是脂母不好说，zhouquan网友自己也说“多空泡状得脂肪细胞都是脂母细胞，这是一个错误的观念”，那意思就是这些巨大核深染的细胞虽然没有多空泡胞浆但不能除外是脂母，再加上kint123所说脂母的演进过程确实如此。
2.缺乏明显的胶原纤维条索
8楼的引文和鉴别表很精彩，IHC也许有帮助
