For this case, please check your glass slides carefully to make sure if the patient has frank strama invasion.
Solid papillary ca is like a in situ ca, so the presence or absence of stroma invasion is the key.
If you are not sure the dx, please stain myoepithelial markers first.
Reasons:
Confirm the solid tumor nodules are solid papillary ca or benign papillary lesion with UDH.
Confirm the samll tumor cluster are invasion ca.
If you have myoepthelial stains, please show us for learning.
