白，质中，部分区域质硬，未见明显包膜。

A：1.化生性癌；2.排除肉瘤
B：伴异源性成分的化生性癌
C：（右乳）化生性癌。
D：考虑：①梭形细胞癌②骨肉瘤
E：恶性纤维组织细胞瘤，局部骨化，待标记与间叶化生性癌鉴别。
F： Well demarcated spindle cell lesion with osteo differentiation,
differential includes
- Metaplastic carcinoma, if there is CK positivity
- Phyllodes tumors, sample more tissue and looking to benign epithelium components
G： osteogenic sarcoma, most likely associated with malignant
phyllodes tumor or PT recurrence, primary extraskeletal OS involving breast is less likey. Clinical
correlation is recommended.
H：1 骨肉瘤，2化生型癌伴骨肉瘤， 3恶性分叶状肿瘤间质骨肉瘤分化（异
源性成分）
I：1.化生性癌；2.排恶性叶状肿瘤；
J：右侧乳腺骨肉瘤，需IHC,排除化生性癌。

免疫组化结果：ER(-)、PR(-)、HER2(-)、CK(-)
原单位意见：诊断为化生性癌。但多次取材后未见明确上皮，不除外原发骨肉瘤。
讨论：乳腺骨肉瘤占全部乳腺肉瘤的12%，纯粹的骨肉瘤必须与起源于叶状肿瘤或化生癌
肉瘤的骨肉瘤鉴别。
