By definition, tubular adenoma consists of glandular epithelia with low grade dysplasia. It is, however, important to look for areas with high grade dysplasia and invasive adenocarcinoma. In this particular case, images 1 and 3 show three adenomatous glands ( with features of low grade dysplasia) below mascularis mucosae ( one needs to make sure of the orientation of the specimen as well). In my opinion, the low grade dysplastic features and smooth contours of the glands, as well as the presence of lamina propria around the glands, are consistent with what is called "tubular adenoma with misplaced glands/epithelium" or "a tubular adenoma with pseudoinvasion.
