1. 西安病例曾経流行病学证实为野鼠型,华南的江西及上海为野鼠型、家鼠型混合疫区,两型尸检都有。江西、上海病例根据发病季节及病理变化选择,末作血清型鉴定。

第四节:脑类脂质(脂褐素)增加
6-1. Macrophages with Lipofuscin around blood vessels were frequently found in brain of autopsy cases of HFRS (H.E). The number of lipofuuscin macrophages around vessel of HERS cases is significantely more than that of the control cases,p<0.01 vs controls。
Cellular injury causes production of lipofuscin in neurons。Liberated lipofuscin ,after destruction of cells was engulfed by macrophages and moved around the blood vessel。
6-1 出血热病人脑血管周脂褐素吞噬细胞显著多于对照病例p<0.01(H.E)。神經细胞损伤产生脂褐素,细胞破裂后,脂褐素溢出细胞,被巨噬细胞吞噬并送到血管周围,然后放入血液。
