My first impression is GIST with cystic degeneration and I do not favor mesothelioma. Immunohistochemical stains (CD117, CD34, bcl-2) would confirm or rule out this possibility easily. Though pretty big in size, it is difficult to assess whether this GIST is benign or malignant without assessing mitotic activity and possible tumor necrosis.
