Endometrial adenocarcinoma with secretory changes.
Very easy to confuse with endocervical micorglandular hyperplasia. But they look different. You can pick a slide with benign endocervical tissue from another patient to compare. Many times, if you look hard, you will find endocervical tissue from endometrial curettings, so you have two types of tissue to compare on the same slides.
