上皮“成片”铺排了，没有或极少间质，腺癌无疑。宫内膜样腺癌伴分泌性改变时，常与透明细胞癌或粘液性癌不易区分。这例好像有鳞化，更支持内膜样癌。若取材自宫颈管，还要与微腺性增生鉴别。好例子。

You can pick a slide with benign endocervical tissue from another patient to compare. Many times, if you look hard, you will find endocervical tissue from endometrial curettings, so you have two types of tissue to compare on the same slides. |
