To me the photos are that of a focally ulcerated (figure 10) adenomatous polyp (serrated adenoma, but not sessile serrated adenoma) with low grade epithelial dysplasia. I do not believe there is enough evidence for in situ or invasive adenocarcinoma, and hope that I am not the only one to raise doubt in this case.
