因为在中国巡回讲学，刚刚回到美国，回帖晚了，请大家原谅！看来楼主是要我出洋相了：-）
大致看了，很像Chronic xanthogranulomatous endometritis. Whenever you render this diagnosis, you need rule out two malignancies: 1) metastatic melanoma; 2) adenocarcinoma treated with radiation beam, especially the latter. It has been reported in literature that some radiation-treated adenocarcinoma presented with so-called 'diffuse xanthomatous or xanthogranulomatous endometritis". Therefore, careful sections of all endometrium is need to see if there is any residual carcinoma. I hope this is
