原位腺癌，合并CIN2-3，累腺。
或者叫“原位腺鳞癌”？
或者叫“原位宫内膜样腺癌合并鳞化”？
有没有浸润？是个问题，因为有些腺体部位似乎太深在了，局部间质内似有角化珠？如果有浸润，可以诊断腺鳞癌了。
