这些图都是腺细胞的问题吗？
第一图：应该考虑腺癌：细胞团周边的的细胞增大，核空亮，核膜厚而不规则，核仁大而突出，细胞界限不清，中间的细胞重叠看不清结构，故考虑腺癌；第二图：细胞界限清楚，核大，核膜厚而不规则，染色质成块分布不均，考虑鳞癌；第三图似乎是非典型未成熟化生细胞，考虑ASC-H ;第四图ASC-H或HSIL；第五图：仍然是没有明显的核仁，但细胞团看起来像腺细胞的问题，考虑HSIL或SCC；第六图：腺癌；第七图：还是考虑HSIL或ＳＣＣ。
这么好的帖子回的人不多我来顶一下，我所说的都是猜测，没确凿的依据，等正确答案出来了，我的思路也许可以成为一个反面经验，大家就不会犯同样的错误了，不是还有专门的误诊学吗？
法师兄谦虚了．正确答案目前只有掌心有．网络读片是有相当难度的，何况仅此一图且无资料：一，确实相当考实力，如果没有实力，基本不敢回贴．比如象我，张张看起来都差不多，麻烦哦．二，确实相当考胆量，如果没有胆量，基本不敢回贴．比如象我，犹豫了很多天，实在捱不过去了才回了个贴，麻烦哦．

华夏宫颈细胞学栏的观点是：无论是专家还是非专家，无论资历深浅学识高低，看贴回贴都不要有什么顾虑，只管回个意见，对错交给楼主去评判．对了，我们认为：运气好啊；错了，我们认为：胜败乃兵家常事．如果我们认为平时的在这里看些细胞学图片尚属＂网上谈兵＂的话，那么在工作中就该是＂真枪实弹＂，二者多少还是有些区别的．

看了这么多高手的答案，受到很多启发，尤其是受青青、法师以及楼主的提示等，我也来试着回答一下：图1：宫腔来源的腺细胞团，诊断AGC，图2：考虑不成熟的鳞化细胞，我最多给个ASC-H，图3：高柱状的细胞，应该是比较典型的宫颈腺上皮，和它旁边（左边）那个腺细胞比较，核明显增大，那就诊断宫颈的腺癌啦（尽管在实际工作中我可能没有胆量诊断）；图4和图3比较，图4可能是宫腔来源的啦，直接下癌我也没有胆量，还是给它个AGC吧；图5可以直接下腺癌吗，和图6比较感觉更凶，那就下癌吧（呵呵，实际工作中我还没有下过呢），那图6就报AGC（感觉应该是子宫内膜来源），最后一张图7比图6更恶一点，可能也是子宫内膜来源的，还是给它定个癌吧，尽管我没有足够的信心。胡乱说了一通，把大家都搅晕了吧，对不起了，还是听楼主揭秘吧。
这7张图片全部是AGC-NOS的教学图片。把原文解释摘抄以下；不好意思；水平有限没有办法进一步解释。
