- 请鉴别.疑难病例二例．
呵呵，这是两个病例啊．楼主以后在发图之前就可在书写栏里先写出病史或文字资料．然后点发图．最后发表．就一次成功了．

病例１．前６图．幼稚细胞，异形明显，以墨碳核为主，部分细胞外形拉长．高危ＨＰＶ可能阳性，应当可以考虑ＨＳＩＬ．

病例２．后６图．腺细胞，核仁不明显，染色质粗，成熟细胞显示雌激素不低，稀疏细胞团，三维不突出，可见细胞大小略差别，但异形不明显．大多数图片显示ＮＩＬＭ．仅少数可疑，但似乎不足以诊断ＡＧＣ．故倾向此例为ＮＩＬＭ．

The first case is atypical squamous cells, not sure how high i can go.
Second case is endometrial cells. You report it in patients equal or older than 40 years old. These are exfoliated endometrial cells, maybe just menstrual smear. They are not atypical. you don't report in patient younger than 40 years old.
