Having reviewedd the cytology and posted permanent sections. I think it is DCIS, nuclear grade 2 (A guess). Need to rule out microinvasion.
I have the same question as Dr.陈隆文博士. In general, during a frozen section, what the surgeon will do if the following diagnosis is make: 1)Benign; 2) ADH or "考虑ADH" ; or 3) DCIS
If a radical procedure is considered based on your diagnosis on frozen - I would consider defer to permanent; if the diagnosis does not change surgeon's managment, pathologists should communicate with and educate the surgeons to abandon the routine frozen.
