- Is the specimen a hystectomy or myomectomy?
- I also favor smooth muscle neoplasm with pleomorphic cells. But for frozen diagnosis, I would be more careful not to make a definitive diagnosis of 平滑肌瘤 because of limited sampling...
- Need to rule out leiomyosarcoma (mitotic count and necrosis) and even sarcomatoid carcinoma (any epithelial component) on permanent section.

Thanks for posting the 石蜡切片!
It is surprising to see the difference between the frozen and 石蜡切片, particularly the cytologic features.
In addition to leiomyosarcoma, would also consider high grade endometrial stromal sarcoma, still need to rule out sarcomatoid carcinoma, and even malignant melanoma.
