细胞像小细胞癌，少部分像低分化鳞癌，不做交给不好定啊。要不这样报：恶性肿瘤，考虑低分化鳞癌。

几张高倍的图好像看到有细胞间桥，第一诊断是低鳞。

First impression is poor diff SCC. If you suspicious for other tumors, should have immunohistochemical evidence.

"Common things first" is the rule in differential diagnoses. The most common esophageal cancer in China is SCC, in contrast to adenocarcinoma commonly seen in US and other western countries. My master degree was study on esophageal carcinoma. As I recall, in about two weeks in Lin County, I got more than 40 cases of resected esophageal squamous cell carcinoma for my studies then. But it is very rarrely seen esophageal SCC in US now.
