Fig 3 does not like stromal break through invasion. The picture 3 was not very clear. I cannot appreciate the epithelial atypia. If these photos can represent entire lesion and if IHC results confirmed it is a ovarian primary tumor, mostly it is a benign 粘液性囊腺瘤. Of cause I may have different diagnoisis if I read the true slides.
