Large renal mass with necrosis and very atypical spindle cells = 肾肉瘤样癌 is a good possibility. Thanks.
1. Need to make effort to identify what kind of renal cell caricnoma (look for low grade area and more extensive sampling of the tumor mass)
2. Other differential diagnoses: urothelial carcinoma, primary or secondary sarcoma, much less likely epithelioid angiomyolipoma
