近几天连续有几例与腺上皮有关的帖子，个人一直觉得看腺细胞比较难，真心希望有专家就这几例回复以下，让我们学习学习。因为腺细胞有问题的病例一般遇见较少，有时容易被忽略掉。

The smear shows some benign endocervical glandular cells with cilia. However, some endocervical glandular cells show large, irregular and very dark nuclei. These irregular cells look to have cilia, raising the possibility of tubal metaplasia. Anyway they are too atypical plus patient's age and clinical symptom. My interpretaion: AGC, endocervical. Colposcopy is needed. |
