细胞学怎么报合适？

一直觉得腺上皮的问题细胞学很难把握。

 The smear shows some benign endocervical glandular cells with cilia. However, some endocervical glandular cells show large, irregular and very dark nuclei. These irregular cells look to have cilia, raising the possibility of tubal metaplasia.

Anyway they are too atypical plus patient's age and clinical symptom.

My interpretaion:

AGC, endocervical. Colposcopy is needed.
