Ovarian tissue can have many kind of cysts...inclusion (ovarian epithelial or mesothelial) cysts, mullerian (endometriotic or endosalpingiotic), mesonephric, and follicular or corpus luteal cysts. The lining resembles fallopin tube (endosalpingiotic), may be the origin of benign serous cystadenoma. I consider them "endosalpingosis". Not big enough to be a cystadenoma or 浆液性腺纤维瘤. For small benign cysts, I can simply ignore them in the diagnosis. Great photos!
