very difficult case to interpret, I can only speculate and share my thought process
-Frozen report: biphasic neoplasm, consider adenosarocma or MMMT
-Final diagnosis: not so sure, would either want to see more section and have other expert's opinion
+ looks like the epithelial components is malignant (complext cribriform glands with cyto. atypia)
+ other than chondroid, spindle cells are not overtly malignant (endometrial stromal sarcoma like)
+ not typical for adenosarcoma
+ I still favor MMMT (癌肉瘤), hope to see other's opinion
